SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
To guarantee the lowest prices and high quality products on the market, we send our products directly from the factory to your home, which is why the products are available from our international suppliers (Sweden, USA, Asia and Europe).
Delivery time to anywhere in Brazil is up to 25 working days after shipping from the factory.
This deadline may vary depending on the agility of the Post Office and customs, if there are delays or unforeseen events in the country of origin (factory), such as a strike, the delivery period may be extended by another 15 working days.
Remembering that all orders have a tracking code.
The tracking code takes 3 to 7 days to be updated in the system from the date of posting.
We are not responsible if the product cannot be delivered to the recipient due to the delivery address being incorrectly filled in on our website at checkout.
We will provide a full refund for purchases that are lost. It is important that you provide the means to carry out delivery to the address registered in your order.
After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to pick up the order at a Post Office close to your address.
There is no possibility of refund if the order is returned to our Distribution Center because the consumer is unable to collect it at the local post office.
